CRAFTING A UNIFIED DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

In 2022, Eurostar merged with Thalys, aiming to unify under a single brand by the end of 2023. To bring this vision to life, DesignStudio created a new brand identity that would seamlessly integrate the strengths of both companies.

Following my success at Condor, I was invited (recommended by a former colleague with whom I had closely collaborated at Condor) to join the Eurostar rebrand team in March 2023.

My role at Eurostar was to ensure the new brand was consistently reflected across all customer touchpoints, including route maps, email templates, and self-service kiosks. This project offered me a pivotal opportunity to shape the future of European rail travel and enhance Eurostar’s legacy.
